Introduction to Acro Yoga
OMCORE Yoga, St Simons Island, GA
In this 2 hour workshop we will learn some Acro Yoga basics. We will warm up our bodies with some fun partner exercises that will focus on trust, safety, core strength, and communication. Then we will learn some L-Basing poses like Bird, Folded Leaf, Back Bird, and Throne. We will learn these poses from 3 different and equally important angles: base, flyer, spotter.
