Slow is Steady

On the board, the law of the universe ("To every action there will be an equal reaction") is incredibly clear. Each movement & muscle contraction will cause an outgoing ripple effect. Fear will manifest in big, shaky wobbles. The stability HAS to come from you. The legs have to understand the consequence of the arms taking flight. The fingers and toes have to gain the intelligence to balance the body and maneuver the board. Slow, deliberate, mindful movement directed by our brains allows our bodies the space to execute, adjust, and adapt. The paddleboard teaches the most wonderful lessons! Slow is steady, engaged is connected.
