True to Yin Yoga this class will be slow, and we will hold each pose for 2-5 minutes - allowing us to drip drop gently into our bodies. Poses will be seated or lying, and we will support our bodies in each pose using bolster, blankets, and blocks. Prepared to leave feeling relaxed after 60 blissful minutes of self-care.
**Please note that the studio at Wild Roots accommodates a maximum of 8 participants.
