Part 2: Virabhadrasana B & C
Warrior poses are foundational to most yoga practices. This 2 hour workshop will dive into the Hindu Mythology behind the Warrior pose sequence and break down specific alignment cues for Warrior 1, Warrior 2, and Warrior 3. Participants will get to practice and help cue each other into correct alignment.
The last hour of the class will be a yoga flow incorporating the poses discussed and creative transitions in and out of Warrior Poses. Participants will leave feeling confident getting into correct alignment and knowing how to engage & embody their inner warriors!
