A chance for kids to move creatively and cultivate mindfulness. We will practice our strength, balance and flexibility while making different shapes with our bodies. We will also take time to connect our breath with our movements, and notice how different poses make us feel. Ages 6-11, but we appreciate each kid is unique so chat with us about it!
$10 drop-in or $5 with Mom (or parent) coming to the 5.30pm Mom Yoga class.
